In Line Quality Control & Inspection
From yarn specialists to stitching experts, our quality inspection team has individuals who are continuously involved in the quality monitoring process.
- Trained Quality Analysts are present on-site, and review every step in the production process
- These Quality Analysts will raise an alarm during the pre-production process if there is a threat of the quality being compromised
- Midline inspection is done when the goods are almost 40-50% in production and packaging has started
Final Audit & Detailed Inspection Report
All Quality Control inspections and audits are customized and conducted according to customer specifications. This process involved the following:
- The final inspection/audit is done on 100% packed goods
- We do not allow under or excess shipment until it is duly approved by the principal
- Our inspection reports are shared in real time and digital format
Logistics & Shipping
